Pancit Otso is rice vermicelli noodles with eight different toppings or ingredients like boiled egg and pork cracklings. Seafood Pasta is pasta noodles tossed with various seafood in a tomato or cream-based sauce, while Pasta Carbonara is pasta with a creamy sauce made with eggs, Parmesan cheese, and crispy bacon or pancetta.
